Order Cancellation Before Shipment  

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it or before the order has been shipped, whichever occurs first.  

• To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support team via email.  
• If your cancellation request meets the eligibility criteria, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.  

Orders Already Shipped  

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, after the product has been delivered, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.  

Order Modification  

At this time, we do not support modifications to ordered items or shipping addresses after an order has been placed. If your order is still eligible for cancellation, you may cancel it and place a new order with the correct details.
