Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Return requests must be submitted within the applicable return period from the delivery date. Items that are worn, damaged, stained, or altered are not eligible for return. 

Once the returned product has been inspected and approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, and a confirmation email will be sent after completion.
